
Legal Ops Coordinator – Labor (Employment)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Collaborate with various departments within the firm to ensure the accuracy of client information;
• Strategically identify technology solutions, manage performance, establish performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare the budget for the business area;
• Facilitate effective communication by acting as a leader in negotiations and a strong communicator to assist business areas in reaching their objectives;
• Implement enhancements to processes and procedures focused on optimization and automation;
• Assist in the development and execution of systems for managing legal workflows and requests;
• Ensure the integrity and dependability of databases in computerized systems;
• Generate management and operational reports to aid in strategic decision-making for the respective areas;
• Analyze outcomes based on the profit-center structure and assess the performance of business areas to better direct efforts;
• Oversee the legal back office, responsible for (i) registering clients, proposals, contracts, and matters/cases, (ii) managing publications, (iii) handling filings/protocols, (iv) maintaining guides, (v) overseeing the hiring and accounting for third parties (correspondents/translators), (vi) managing client systems, (vii) preparing audit reports, (viii) scheduling hearings and trials.
• Proficient in advanced Excel (mandatory);
• Prior experience with performance indicators (KPIs);
• Familiarity with the Legal One system;
• Background in organizing workflows (Kanban/operational control).
