This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a regional team within the Service Provider Group.
• Propel revenue growth and enhance market share throughout the United States.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, develop, and retain talented sales professionals.
• Meet and exceed regional revenue and gross profit targets.
• Formulate strategic business plans for telecommunications, broadband, fiber, utility, and service provider sectors.
• Identify, engage, and secure new service provider accounts.
• Increase revenue from existing client relationships and drive new logo acquisition.
• Establish executive-level customer connections.
• Oversee regional forecasting, budgeting, pipeline development, and team performance management.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, OEM partners, and professional services teams.
• Advocate for and sell technology, services, financing, and lifecycle solutions.
• Promote an environment of inclusive communication, collaboration, innovation, and conflict resolution.
• Travel for business approximately 30% of the time.
• Over 10 years of proven technology sales experience with a solid record of meeting quotas.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in selling complex technology solutions in the telecommunications, broadband, service provider, utility, networking, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record of building and enhancing strategic customer relationships.
• Experience leading teams focused on acquiring new logos and expanding accounts.
• Strong knowledge of channel partnerships and OEM relationships.
• Preferred experience with service providers, telecom carriers, fiber operators, broadband providers, utilities, or related markets.
• Familiarity with carrier networking, optical transport, broadband access, data center, cloud, security, or AI solutions is preferred.
• Experience with vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, Nokia, Infinera, Ribbon, Dell, HPE, VMware, Microsoft, or similar companies is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time is required.
