This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, prospect, and nurture new business opportunities through a mix of in-person outreach, networking, trade shows, and virtual engagement within a designated U.S. territory.
• Understand each pharmacy’s business model, challenges, and potential solutions.
• Create and present detailed proposals to prospective and current customers.
• Utilize financial modeling to construct business cases that effectively illustrate return on investment.
• Keep precise and current records of all activities related to customer accounts.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of market-driven sales strategies by offering field insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.
• Regularly meet or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets by generating new business and enhancing existing accounts.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% within the United States as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of sales experience, with a preference for outside sales.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales objectives and delivering results.
• Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. independent retail pharmacy market, including its operations and workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting complex concepts, including financial impacts and ROI models.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.
• Proven capacity to engage in active listening, ask pertinent questions, and close business opportunities.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to balance customer needs and business goals while representing the organization professionally.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of assessing opportunities and conveying value through financial and cost-justification tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage follow-up activities and multiple accounts in a dynamic environment.
