This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Recruit and lead a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged team of 6-8 exceptional account executives to meet quarterly objectives.
β’ Offer both onboarding and continuous support to ensure the team's preparedness, growth, and professional advancement.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with Mainline AEs and leaders, as well as Specialist Sales Engineers, to enhance team selling strategies and improve conversion rates.
β’ Closely monitor the sales pipeline and collaborate with Mainline owners and Account Development Representatives to formulate account plans targeting whitespace opportunities.
β’ Collaborate across functions with product, marketing, and strategy teams to swiftly address challenges and optimize go-to-market strategies for your new product.
β’ Advocate for, exemplify, and integrate Samsaraβs cultural principles as we expand Specialist support on a global scale.
β’ Over 8 years of sales experience, demonstrating proven success in managing a complex sales process from prospecting to closing.
β’ More than 3 years of experience in team management.
β’ A strong history of exceeding targets, alongside experience in coaching a team on outbound sales efforts.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of intricate sales cycles that involve multiple decision-makers, various products, and extended timelines.
β’ Exceptional communication skills with a comfort level in public speaking.
β’ Experience in overlay or new product launch sales.
β’ Proficiency with Salesforce, Claude, Gong, and other essential sales tools.
β’ Familiarity with MEDDPICC and/or Command of the Message sales methodologies.
