📋 Description

• Act as the CRM Product Specialist for the Americas, serving as the subject matter expert in managing CRM, deal processes, and pipeline workflows from start to finish.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, assess, and document requirements, challenges, and opportunities aimed at enhancing CRM processes and user experience.

• Design and refine CRM processes by promoting standardization, automation, and the adoption of global best practices, while also considering regional business and compliance needs.

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and prioritized backlog items, working in close partnership with Product Owners, technology teams, and vendors.

• Serve as the primary communication link between business and technology teams, leading workshops, refining backlogs, validating solutions, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

• Oversee and assist with CRM enhancements, system implementations, and migrations, guaranteeing successful delivery, user engagement, and effective change management throughout the region.

• Provide advanced functional support, track system performance and usage trends, and advocate for ongoing product and process enhancements based on user feedback.

• Promote data quality, governance, and compliance standards while ensuring CRM solutions are in line with enterprise architecture and security requirements.

• Generate actionable CRM reporting, dashboards, and insights, collaborating with data teams to enhance forecasting, pipeline transparency, and business decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree and/or diploma in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Commerce, or a related discipline.

• 5–8+ years of experience in CRM product management, sales operations, business systems, product operations, or a similar position.

• Practical experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms, encompassing CRM configuration, workflows, reporting, and dashboards.

• Proven track record in supporting regional or multi-country CRM implementations and fostering user adoption among diverse stakeholder groups.

• Strong grasp of sales, leasing, deal management, and pipeline processes within a B2B, professional services, or commercial real estate context.

• Demonstrated capability to convert complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions and process enhancements.

• Experience in Agile delivery settings, including gathering requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinating releases, and managing backlogs.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across both business and technology teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset, with a background in data governance, reporting, and CRM data quality management.

• A collaborative, accountable, and customer-oriented approach, with a strong passion for product ownership, change management, and achieving outstanding business results.
