This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take on the overall responsibility for our Performance Marketing, overseeing 5 teams with full P&L ownership and the authority to transform this area into a growth engine.
• You proactively analyze, make decisions, execute strategies, and quickly adjust when necessary.
• You will build and lead five high-performance teams: Meta, SEA, CRM, Marketplace, and Onsite, providing both disciplinary and functional leadership while fostering a culture of excellence.
• You have P&L responsibility for our Other Own Brand shops (Primum, Müllers Naturhof, petsPremium) as well as for our marketplace business.
• You will manage over €8M in ad spend and scale it with clear CLV/CAC ratios to exceed €30M while identifying growth opportunities.
• You are accountable for the performance channels of our focus brands: Wolfsblut, Wildes Land, and Arden Grange.
• You will have technical and strategic ownership of the entire Online Sales & Performance Marketing domain.
• You focus on scaling results rather than just headcount, identifying and implementing AI tools and automations to eliminate manual processes.
• Several years of leadership experience in performance marketing with measurable outcomes — demonstrating proven scaling rather than theoretical knowledge.
• You are adept at making swift decisions using micro-learnings, work in a hypothesis-driven manner, and continuously challenge existing assumptions — prioritizing speed over perfection.
• You view AI as a crucial competitive advantage (force multiplier) and possess experience in deploying technological solutions for operational excellence.
• You address challenges as they arise — not waiting for them to escalate. You are comfortable having tough conversations while maintaining a constructive approach.
• Numbers are your primary language; you can identify anomalies in dashboards before others do.
• You have demonstrated that you thrive in complex organizations, leveraging them to meet your objectives.
• You comprehend the relationship between creativity and performance, effectively managing both and winning discussions through data and sound arguments rather than politics.
