• Cultivate the market for substantial medical technology service agreements across the GE HealthCare Service Solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate strategically with regional colleagues and engage closely with the field to identify growth potential.
• Propel market advancement, whitespace exploration, new business models, and technology solutions centered around customer needs.
• Participate in client discussions, deal team strategy sessions, internal escalations, and preliminary deal qualification.
• Enhance the growth of the Medical Technology Advanced Services portfolio.
• Take the lead within the GE HealthCare market sales team by promoting activation and solution-driven selling.
• Persuade customers and internal stakeholders towards feasible solutions and navigate challenges in solution development.
• Offer insights to marketing, product management, and customer success teams to refine solution categories.
• Examine market dynamics, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Promote commercial excellence in CRM data management and selling technology tools.
• Implement daily management systems for deal oversight, forecast transparency, and strategic planning aligned with business priorities.
• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare/MedTech sector, particularly in sales, HTM/MVS, RTLS, MedTech cybersecurity, business development, or strategic account management.
• Proven track record in selling intricate solutions, utilizing value selling, and/or consultative sales methodologies.
• Ability to distill strategy into actionable steps with defined accountability, making swift and precise decisions while communicating effectively and succinctly.
• Demonstrated expertise in deal structuring, financial modeling/analysis, and project management.
• Strong problem-solving and creative abilities, with experience making decisions based on healthcare market dynamics and client needs.
• Solid financial acumen and comprehension of financial metrics.
• Exceptional skills in commercial negotiations and contracting.
• Proficient in relationship-building, communication, and presentation abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• Must reside in North America and be within reasonable proximity to a major airport.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and attend company-wide meetings up to 50% of the time.
• Experience managing and closing intricate sales opportunities valued at over $2M annually.
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire sales cycle and the ability to adhere to a structured sales process.
• Capability to approach problem-solving holistically.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to operate with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
• Must reside within the designated US & Canada market for which you are applying.
