This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Formulate and implement strategies to discover, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the LATAM region.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting and relationship development to contract negotiation and finalization of deals.
• Establish trusted relationships with executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders by showcasing a thorough understanding of Kambi’s solutions and their value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Executive Management, Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, Legal) to define opportunities, respond to RFPs, and ensure effective deal execution.
• Leverage data analytics and business intelligence to guide sales strategies and provide actionable insights.
• Keep abreast of regulatory and market trends to pinpoint emerging opportunities.
• Prepare and present persuasive presentations, proposals, and competitor analysis reports.
• At least 5+ years of sales experience in the LATAM region with a demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals.
• 2+ years of experience in sports betting or iGaming.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Challenger Sales or MEDDIC methodologies is preferred.
• Goal-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent relationship-building abilities, and a strong passion for sports and technology.
• Capacity to work independently on strategic, high-value deals; readiness to travel domestically and internationally with short notice; strong time management and business acumen.
