This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Define the long-term growth strategy for Healthcare within one of Genesys' key verticals.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing leadership team focused on consistent and sustainable growth.
• Shape product direction and market strategies by leveraging extensive healthcare knowledge and engaging with executive customers.
• Propel AI-driven customer experience transformation throughout the Healthcare ecosystem.
• Formulate and implement an AI-centric sales strategy for Healthcare that aligns with corporate growth goals.
• Develop comprehensive multi-year market plans targeting Payers, Providers, and Life Sciences.
• Act as an executive thought leader for Genesys, engaging with customers, partners, and industry forums.
• Advocate for the adoption of AI and digital transformation strategies that set Genesys apart.
• Guide, mentor, and motivate first-line sales leaders and strategic enterprise representatives.
• Manage bookings, ensure pipeline quality, maintain forecast accuracy, uphold operational cadence, and monitor business health.
• Deliver executive business reviews with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud, and AI sales, with a proven track record of surpassing multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
• More than 5 years of experience leading enterprise sales organizations, including managing leaders of leaders and strategic contributors.
• In-depth knowledge across Healthcare Payers, Providers, and Life Sciences, covering industry trends, regulatory matters, and purchasing behaviors.
• Proven ability to create and implement effective enterprise go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.
• Established executive relationships with C-suite leaders in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in sponsoring complex transformational projects with key executive stakeholders.
• Strong operational discipline in forecasting, pipeline governance, inspection routines, and performance management.
• Experience in leading organizational change, succession planning, and the development of executive talent.
• Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills at the executive level.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time.
