This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Leading a team consisting of direct sales personnel, sales application scientists, field assistants, order administration, marketing communications staff, and channel partners to meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets across various product lines within the regions.
• Formulating and implementing the Sales Strategy aimed at maximizing bookings growth and win rates for all product lines.
• Providing accurate forecasts of anticipated bookings for both current and upcoming quarters.
• This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Service.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• A proven track record and experience in the sales of scientific instrumentation is crucial for both academic and industrial clientele.
• Ideally, at least 7 years of experience in sales management, with a preference for experience in channel partner management.
• Familiarity with Atomic Force Microscopy, Surface Profiling, and/or materials testing instrumentation is preferred.
