This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
β’ Build and lead the EMEA sales department by structuring, developing, and scaling the commercial business in the EMEA region.
β’ Define and implement the EMEA sales strategy (both indirect channel and direct sales).
β’ Create and manage a partner ecosystem (system integrators, distributors, technology partners).
β’ Conduct complex sales cycles (PoC, technical validations, commercial negotiations).
β’ Collaborate directly with the CEO, technical team, and product management.
β’ Gradually structure a regional sales team.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in the specified role.
β’ Documented experience as a Sales Director / Head of Sales in enterprise IT software and Channel.
β’ Proven track record in creating and scaling commercial organizations.
β’ Experience with platform solutions, monitoring, security, and IT/OT infrastructure.
β’ Solid experience working with partners, system integrators, distributors, and enterprise clients.
β’ Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and strong closing orientation.
β’ Dynamic environment, stimulating projects, and room for personal initiative.
β’ Flexibility and considerable opportunities for remote work, with some occasional returns to the Bolzano office.
