This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and business objectives within the DACH region.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to optimize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Guide, mentor, and inspire the sales team to reach both individual and collective targets, providing necessary support and direction.
• Discover new business prospects and market segments by performing market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions.
• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to promote integrated sales and marketing initiatives.
• Track sales performance metrics, monitor progress towards targets, and deliver regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Manage the creation and implementation of sales campaigns, promotional efforts, and pricing strategies to boost demand and enhance market penetration.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, fostering a culture of ethics and integrity within the sales division.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, engaging with key stakeholders and promoting our brand and solutions.
• Continuously pursue process enhancements and operational efficiencies within the sales function, optimizing resources and improving productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronic/computer engineering (preferred), Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in sales leadership positions, with at least 7+ years of experience in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth in the DACH region.
• Profound understanding of the AI edge computing market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitive landscape in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating a diverse team towards shared objectives.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both German and English.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex data, generate actionable insights, and make informed business decisions.
