This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new revenue opportunities within the Critical Power/UPS sector.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with potential customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Direct the sales process from the initial outreach through to proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate pricing strategies, service solutions, and tailored customer proposals.
• Supervise the preparation and delivery of RFP responses, quotes, presentations, bids, and marketing materials.
• Interpret customer needs and align Pearce's services and capabilities to fulfill operational and technical requirements.
• Analyze and relay contractual, technical, and commercial specifications internally to support effective bid strategies.
• Deliver compelling customer presentations and articulate Pearce’s value proposition effectively to executive audiences.
• Assist in the formulation of strategic sales plans aimed at enhancing market presence and driving customer base expansion.
• Engage in industry conferences, networking events, and customer-facing activities to promote Pearce services and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, leadership, and subject matter experts to ensure successful solution development and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities within the Critical Power/UPS arena.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Proven history of generating new business, increasing revenue, and closing complex sales opportunities.
• Experience in developing and presenting customer proposals, RFPs, quotes, and sales presentations.
• Strong capability to clearly and effectively communicate company value propositions through written, verbal, and presentation formats.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional and multi-division environments, partnering with executives, operations teams, finance, and technical experts.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to navigate customer discussions through to contract closure.
• Capability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into strategic service solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-driven, charismatic, and proactive professional with strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort in working independently in a remote setting while collaborating across multiple time zones.
• Experience in participating in industry events, networking, and customer engagement activities is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, proposal development tools, and sales reporting platforms is preferred.
