This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Formulate and implement the sales strategy for India to enhance client acquisition, boost deposits, increase trading activity, drive revenue growth, and facilitate long-term market expansion.
• Lead, oversee, and expand the local sales team by establishing clear KPIs, reinforcing performance standards, and creating the necessary structure to support significant growth.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle within the region, encompassing prospecting, conversion, activation, retention, and reactivation of clients.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with high-value clients, introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic business partners to enhance market reach and commercial performance.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and regional leadership teams to synchronize commercial strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and enhance client lifetime value.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance metrics to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance execution within the India business.
• 7–12 years of pertinent experience in Forex, CFD, brokerage, fintech, financial services, or other trading-related sectors.
• Proven track record in a senior sales leadership position, with hands-on experience in managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Deep understanding of FX/CFD products, market dynamics, trader behavior, and the factors influencing client acquisition and retention.
• Established history of achieving revenue growth, increasing deposits, and enhancing sales performance through data-driven strategies.
• Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship management capabilities, with a talent for influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in English communication and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented, and cross-functional environment.

• Direct experience within the Indian market in a brokerage, trading, or fintech context.
• Existing connections with IBs, affiliates, partners, or high-value trading clients in India.
• Experience in building or scaling a regional sales function from a growth phase to a more established commercial operation.
• Knowledge of digital acquisition, lead generation, and performance marketing collaboration to support sales growth.
• Experience collaborating with regional or global stakeholders across various business functions and time zones.
• Proficiency in Hindi or other regional Indian languages would be beneficial.
