This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement the offline sales and channel strategy for Germany.
• Establish and oversee dealer, distributor, and reseller networks.
• Enhance B2C channel growth through offline and hybrid sales models.
• Define the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and brand positioning.
• Set sales objectives, budgets, KPIs, and systems for performance tracking.
• Recruit, train, and lead a local sales team.
• Forge strong partnerships with key local stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
• Gather customer and channel feedback to aid in product optimization.
• Collaborate closely with HQ teams (product, supply chain, logistics, marketing).
• Over 8 years of experience in offline sales and channel development.
• Strong background in tools, 3C electronics, mobile phones, or consumer electronics.
• Solid experience in B2C channel sales.
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams of 10 or more individuals.
• Proven success in building and scaling local sales organizations.
• Must have legal eligibility to work in Germany.
