This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop and implement the offline sales and channel strategy for France
• Establish and oversee dealer, distributor, and reseller networks
• Foster B2C channel growth through offline and hybrid sales approaches
• Formulate go-to-market strategies, pricing structures, and brand positioning
• Set sales objectives, budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance monitoring systems
• Recruit, train, and guide a local sales team
• Cultivate strong partnerships with key local stakeholders
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
• Gather customer and channel feedback to enhance product optimization
• Collaborate closely with HQ teams (product, supply chain, logistics, marketing)
• Over 8 years of experience in offline sales and channel development
• Strong background in tools, 3C electronics, mobile phones, or consumer electronics
• Significant B2C channel sales experience
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams of 10 or more
• Native Chinese speaker (required)
• Proficient in English (working level or higher)
• Strong knowledge of European local markets
• Must have legal eligibility to work in France
