This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to final deal closure, within strategic enterprise accounts.
• Develop and enhance territory and account coverage strategies, focusing on both acquiring new clients and expanding existing ones.
• Lead and mentor account executives, when necessary, to help them achieve and surpass their targets.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and partners across various sectors including banking, insurance, telecom, government, and energy.
• Facilitate complex solution sales involving multiple decision-makers, partners, and extended timelines.
• Consistently achieve or surpass ambitious revenue and growth targets.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success) to drive comprehensive initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for Uniphore on AI innovation within the region.
• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise software sales (AI, CX, SaaS, automation, cloud).
• Proven track record of managing and successfully closing large, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and partners.
• Established relationships within at least one key sector (banking, insurance, telecom, media, retail, energy & utilities).
• Strong skills in negotiation, contracting, financial matters, and commercial acumen.
• Based in London, with a willingness to travel regionally as required.
