This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Responsible for establishing, nurturing, and enhancing Solace’s relationships with clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand with both prospective and existing clients.
• Lead the sales process from initiation to completion.
• Create and implement territory and account plans that focus on both short-term and strategic objectives including pipeline development, revenue generation, profit margins, client wallet share, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a “hunter” and be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
• Collaborate extensively and build strong relationships with pre-sales engineers and others.
• Ultimately responsible for acquiring new business and fostering robust client relationships at both operational and executive levels.
• Negotiate intricate deals and cultivate enduring client relationships.
• Experience in consultative selling.
• Strong ability to develop executive-level relationships.
• Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals.
• Proven track record in selling middleware products, solutions, and services.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients.
• Capability to assemble a team and lead complex negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience managing client relationships in the Enterprise IT sector.
• Established record of sales success in other IT organizations.
• Familiarity with the MEDIC / MEDDPICC sales process.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time (2-3 days a week).
• Ability to work without the need for sponsorship.
