This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.
• Assume complete responsibility for the Business Development function and its outcomes.
• Lead, nurture, and expand the sales and business development teams.
• Define the strategy, establish ambitious targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent performance achievement.
• Propel revenue growth and enhance the company's footprint in both domestic and international markets.
• Conduct high-level negotiations with government agencies, defense ministries, and significant corporate clients.
• Build and sustain long-term strategic partnerships and international collaborations.
• Develop and implement market entry strategies for new geographical regions.
• Establish, manage, and grow distributor, agent, and partner networks.
• Personally engage in key deals, including the preparation of commercial proposals and participation in tenders.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Experience in leadership positions within sales, business development, or commercial operations.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and closing intricate deals in the defense or military technology sector.
• Significant experience collaborating with government clients, tenders, and extended sales cycles.
• Experience in leading and scaling sales or business development teams.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and results-driven focus.
• Strategic mindset paired with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
• Fluent in English.
