This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Create new sales opportunities, deliver presentations, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements.
• Collaborate with technical solutions specialists to develop innovative and persuasive proposals.
• Prospect, educate, qualify, and cultivate opportunities within both existing and new accounts to pinpoint profitable revenue avenues.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline that not only meets but surpasses revenue forecasts, while generating novel ideas for service and product offerings.
• Build, enhance, and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels to achieve the company’s overarching goals.
• Actively engage with various teams to ensure adequate levels of direct customer support.
• Participate in strategic customer planning sessions and reviews to guarantee alignment with customer needs and expectations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and report metrics via Hubspot.
• Travel to customer sites for sales and customer meetings, as well as attend conferences and trade shows to connect with relevant stakeholders and gain industry insights.
• Travel to Miramar, FL (HQ) for training and team meetings as necessary.
• Analyze and manage expenses to comply with accounting standards and budgetary limits.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure accuracy in customer billing and assist with AR escalations.
• Prepare regular reports on sales volume, potential sales, and areas for client base expansion.
• A degree in Business Management, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• Generally, a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in telecom/technology/managed services sales (solution sales approach) with a focus on the Aviation sector.
• A demonstrated history of consistently maintaining a strong sales pipeline that has contributed to surpassing revenue forecasts.
• Must possess business acumen, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive deals to closure.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software and sales-related applications.
• Capability to resolve practical problems effectively.
• Strong business insight with the ability to work independently and think strategically.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity capture.
