This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Complete Sales Execution: Coordinate and manage intricate, multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles from the initial discovery phase and strategic account planning through to technical validation, commercial negotiations, and deal finalization.
• Revenue Growth: Generate new software and solutions revenue across the APAC region, consistently achieving or surpassing set quarterly and annual sales goals within the Financial Services Institutions (FSI) sector.
• Executive Relationship Development: Cultivate and establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite executives, technology leaders, innovation heads, and risk management professionals within large enterprises and heavily regulated financial organizations.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with internal Product and Solutions Engineering teams to align platform capabilities with client needs, navigate complex enterprise procurement processes, and ensure smooth delivery transitions.
• Pipeline & Forecast Precision: Sustain a strong, well-qualified sales pipeline and provide highly accurate revenue forecasts, employing data-driven strategies to reduce variance.
• Market & Regulatory Knowledge: Keep a thorough, up-to-date understanding of distributed ledger technology trends, competitive products, and the shifting regulatory/compliance environments within key APAC markets to effectively steer client interactions.
• Ecosystem Expansion: Represent the technology platform in key APAC industry associations, forums, and professional organizations to enhance brand visibility and seize emerging market opportunities.
• Channel & Partner Oversight: Manage and optimize a regional portfolio of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Professional Services Partners to support local market entry, localization efforts, and co-selling initiatives.
• Proven Enterprise Sales Experience: At least 10+ years of demonstrable success in enterprise technology sales (including enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, fintech platforms, or distributed systems), with a solid track record of closing high-value, complex software deals.
• Expertise in Blockchain & DLT: Direct, verifiable experience in selling blockchain or distributed ledger technology solutions to enterprise clients is essential.
• Background in Financial Services: A deep, established history of selling technology platforms directly to major financial institutions and regulated markets is required.
• Executive Presence: Successful experience navigating large, regulated enterprise structures and building credible relationships with executive-level decision-makers (CEO, CIO, CTO, Chief Risk Officer).
• Strategic Sales Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-quarter, multi-stakeholder procurement processes and maintain disciplined pipeline management with a forecast variance of less than 15%.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation, articulation, and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused value propositions.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical understanding, with the ability to engage fluently on topics such as private networks, interoperability solutions, asset tokenization frameworks, and core architectural elements of DLT.
• Willingness to Travel: Flexibility and readiness to travel extensively to client locations, regional corporate offices, and industry events as needed. Anticipated travel is around 50% within the region.
