This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Middle East.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies specifically designed for the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
• Recognize growth potential across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
• Enhance brand visibility in pivotal markets, including the GCC, MENA, and global regions.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts within the fragrance domain.
• Oversee the performance of retail establishments, perfumery chains, and digital sales platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on fragrance launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with major clients, distributors, and partners.
• Set and track sales objectives across different regions and channels.
• Lead and develop the sales team across various markets.
• Keep abreast of fragrance industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• A minimum of 8–10 years of sales experience, ideally within the fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
• A strong network within the perfume and beauty industry is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in managing distributors and expanding regional markets.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Profound understanding of branding, retail, and consumer behavior in the fragrance market.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
