This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop a comprehensive sales and recruitment strategy to operate year-round while supporting all agents and agencies to ensure sales goals are achieved or surpassed.
• Responsible for managing our community presence and leading grassroots initiatives for lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners in each market, educating agents and agencies about Agility Insurance Services’ attractive value proposition, growth initiatives, and member retention strategies.
• Conduct training sessions focused on products, services, compliance, and fostering community relationships.
• Oversee budgeting and market expenditure.
• Communicate effectively both within the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Convert complex data into straightforward and actionable recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Collaborate closely with our Producer Support Team to ensure the highest level of satisfaction among agents.
• Ensure that CMS, State, and Federal regulatory guidelines are conveyed to direct reports and team members as necessary to uphold compliance.
• Engage in the recruitment of agents and agencies.
• Promote RTS (Ready to Sell) growth and increase agent engagement.
• Establish and maintain relationships throughout the market and business landscape.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the healthcare or Medicare sector.
• Prior experience in a broker or agency setting is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred.
• An active Health Insurance License is mandatory.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
• Proven ability to swiftly establish, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with agent partners.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with and capability to effectively present ACA, Medicare, Life, and Ancillary insurance products.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the designated market, including overnight stays as necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Must possess reliable transportation.
