This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create new sales opportunities, deliver engaging presentations, negotiate effectively, and finalize sales agreements.
• Collaborate with technical solutions specialists to develop innovative and persuasive proposals.
• Identify profitable revenue streams by prospecting, educating, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities within both existing and new accounts.
• Maintain a dynamic sales pipeline that not only meets but exceeds revenue forecasts, generating fresh ideas for service and product opportunities.
• Build, develop, strengthen, and uphold relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to fulfill the company's overarching objectives.
• Actively engage various teams to ensure adequate levels of direct customer support.
• Participate in strategic customer planning sessions and reviews to align organizational goals with customer needs and expectations.
• Keep a healthy sales funnel and provide reports via Hubspot.
• Travel to customer sites for sales meetings and customer engagements, attending conferences and trade shows to network with relevant stakeholders and gain industry insights.
• Travel to Miramar, FL (HQ) for training and team meetings as necessary.
• Analyze and manage expenses to adhere to accounting standards and budgetary limits.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate customer billing and support accounts receivable escalations.
• Compile periodic reports on sales volume, potential sales, and areas for proposed expansion of the client base.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Generally, a minimum of 5 years of experience, including over 3 years in telecom/technology/managed services sales (solution sales approach) targeted at the Aviation sector.
• A proven history of consistently maintaining a strong sales pipeline that has contributed to surpassing revenue forecasts.
• Experience with In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) and/or In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) is highly beneficial.
• Must possess business acumen, exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, along with the ability to drive deals to closure.
• Proficient in spreadsheet software and sales-related applications.
• Capability to resolve practical challenges.
• Strong business insight with the ability to work autonomously and think strategically.
• Hands-on approach to addressing problems and seizing opportunities.
