This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Create new sales opportunities, deliver presentations, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements.
• Collaborate with technical solution experts to develop innovative and persuasive proposals.
• Identify profitable revenue streams by prospecting, educating, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities within both existing and new accounts.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline that not only meets but surpasses revenue forecasts, while generating fresh ideas for services and products.
• Build, enhance, and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to fulfill the company's broader objectives.
• Actively engage various teams to ensure optimal levels of direct customer support.
• Participate in strategic customer planning sessions and reviews to align organizational goals with customer needs and expectations.
• Keep a healthy sales funnel and report progress using Hubspot.
• Travel to customer sites for sales meetings and customer interactions, as well as attend conferences and tradeshows to network with key stakeholders and gain industry insights.
• Travel to Miramar, FL (HQ) for necessary training and team meetings.
• Analyze and manage expenses to adhere to accounting standards and budget limitations.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure accuracy in customer billing and assist with accounts receivable escalations.
• Generate periodic reports on sales volume, potential sales, and areas for potential client base expansion.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Generally, a minimum of 5 years of experience with over 3 years in telecom/technology/managed services sales (solution sales approach) specifically targeting the Aviation sector.
• A demonstrated history of consistently maintaining a strong sales pipeline that helped exceed revenue forecasts.
• Experience in In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) and/or In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) is highly beneficial.
• Must possess business acumen, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive deals to closure.
• Proficient in spreadsheet and sales-related software.
• Capable of solving practical issues effectively.
• Strong business insight, ability to work independently, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proactive in addressing challenges and seizing opportunities.
• A positive mindset, results-driven, with a high level of initiative and integrity.
