This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Propel Deel's growth through both inbound and outbound prospecting initiatives, generating sales leads that transform into opportunities and finalized business.
• Gain insights from our experienced sales team and assist in developing our exceptional Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
• Cultivate and nurture leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and various campaigns.
• Identify and cultivate a comprehensive understanding of each lead generation process, facilitating marketing activities, prospect interactions, and the transition to an Account Executive.
• Create email sequences and conduct cold calls to explore and penetrate target accounts.
• Execute follow-up calls and emails until meetings are successfully arranged.
• You are fully proficient in **German & English**.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or a comparable outbound commercial position.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and self-source solutions.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is advantageous.
• You are intelligent and diligent.
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset or experience with a robust growth orientation.
• You have a knack for crafting compelling email copy and sequence campaigns that yield conversions.
• You are adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• You are an active relationship builder capable of collaborating with internal and external teams to continually enhance processes and communication workflows.
