This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively research, target, and engage potential clients across industries that would gain from our Threat Intelligence Platform, utilizing direct outreach methods such as calls, emails, and social media.
• Market Research & Segmentation: Identify and analyze key market segments, including SMBs, enterprise-level businesses, and specific industries that are particularly vulnerable to cyber threats and require advanced security solutions.
• Qualify Leads: Interact with prospects to grasp their cybersecurity challenges, evaluate their needs, and qualify them for subsequent steps in the sales process by passing high-quality leads to the Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Sales Team: Work in close coordination with the sales team to arrange demos and meetings, ensuring a seamless transition and effective follow-up from initial contact to deal closure.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong, enduring relationships with potential clients by educating them about our solutions, providing thought leadership on cybersecurity best practices, and sharing valuable insights on how our solutions can help reduce their security risks.
• Manage Pipeline: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to oversee leads, monitor outreach efforts, and update the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate and current records.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and surpass lead generation and qualification objectives, while contributing to the overall expansion of the sales pipeline and revenue goals.
• Grow Into the Role: Collaborate directly with your manager on messaging, persona playbooks, and call strategies as the outbound function evolves — with a defined pathway toward an Account Executive role as you establish your pipeline track record.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sectors (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with a robust drive to meet or exceed KPIs and sales objectives.
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity and a readiness to learn threat intelligence concepts (such as ATT&CK framework and threat actor TTPs) sufficiently to engage credibly with technical buyers.
• Experience utilizing CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Familiarity with various prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to enhance workflows, identify leads, and improve outreach efficiency.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
