This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the sales funnel's top segment by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients within a designated Argano business unit (BU).
• Collaborate with senior sales professionals, Practice Leaders, Presales, Alliances, and Marketing to create a steady, high-quality pipeline.
• Bring enthusiasm, curiosity, a competitive edge, and a relentless drive for success to every interaction with prospects and teamwork.
• Enhance brand awareness by educating the market and sharing thought leadership with executive-level prospects, while aligning Argano's solutions with significant business outcomes.
• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities—both new and expansion—by targeting ideal customer profiles and linking their business challenges to Argano's capabilities.
• Conduct high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage C-suite, VP, and Director-level decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
• Lead structured discovery discussions that delve deeper than superficial qualification to reveal genuine business challenges, desired outcomes, and decision-making dynamics.
• Work closely with internal partners on target account priorities, messaging strategy, and lead pursuit to ensure a synchronized and effective market approach.
• Leverage the entire RevTech stack to boost connect rates, deliver timely and relevant messaging, and continuously enhance outreach effectiveness.
• Keep precise records of prospect data, activities, and market insights in Outreach and Salesforce to support campaign optimization and maintain pipeline integrity.
• Engage in ongoing training to broaden understanding of buyer personas, Argano's service offerings, and the technology solutions we provide.
• Consistently achieve and strive to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation objectives.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales within a technology-focused environment—preferably selling enterprise software or technology consulting services to large, complex organizations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, ZoomInfo, and a dialer like Orum or Nooks.
• Experience with territory prioritization, definition of ideal customer profiles (ICP), and targeted outreach strategies—not scripted calling.
• Ability to customize messaging for specific verticals, pain points, and buying triggers, with the discernment to identify which accounts to pursue and when to advance or retreat.
• Professional maturity, business acumen, and strong communication discipline in a high-expectation, self-managed setting.
