This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Implement outbound prospecting initiatives via email, phone, LinkedIn, and various outreach platforms.
• Create qualified meetings and pipeline prospects for the School Relations team.
• Assist in territory prospecting by identifying district contacts, organizational objectives, funding possibilities, and potential customer requirements.
• Perform initial outreach and qualification discussions with district and school representatives.
• Collaborate closely with School Relations Directors to enhance strategic account engagement.
• Timely follow up on inbound leads, event-generated leads, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure precise tracking of activities, lead updates, and customer records within Salesforce.
• Aid in the execution of campaigns and customer outreach efforts.
• Uphold consistent messaging and customer-focused communication practices.
• Assess outreach effectiveness and offer insights on campaign results and market reactions.
• Work collaboratively across functions with Marketing and Sales teams to enhance the customer journey.
• Stay updated on company offerings, state initiatives, district priorities, and trends in the K–12 education sector.
• Promote operational excellence through disciplined CRM usage, activity management, and follow-through.
• Engage in continuous training, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, lead generation, or roles related to education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient in engaging customers through phone, email, virtual meetings, and digital communication tools.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
