This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, assess, and enhance multi-channel outbound strategies (email, calls, social media, video) that reliably surpass monthly SQL targets.
• Conduct in-depth account and stakeholder analysis to develop persona-specific value propositions that appeal to engineering, DevOps, and executive audiences.
• Facilitate clear, pain-focused discovery discussions to quantify business impact and establish multi-threaded sales cycles for your AE partners.
• Manage territory cleanliness: observe your dashboards (Salesforce, LinkedIn, outreach tools, etc.), prioritize based on intent signals, and uphold exceptional data integrity.
• Execute A/B testing on messaging, channels, and offers; amplify successful strategies and document them for the global SDR team.
• Guide junior SDRs by conducting enablement sessions and offering deal-level coaching.
• Provide frontline insights and competitive intelligence to Product, Marketing, and RevOps, shaping the roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Embrace a growth mindset: set self-directed ambitious goals and hold yourself accountable to top 5% performance standards.
• A minimum of 1 year of impactful outbound SDR/BDR experience in rapidly growing SaaS environments, ideally within observability or developer tools.
• Demonstrated history of achieving SQL quotas over several quarters, with concrete examples of generating new logos.
• Proficiency with modern sales tools: Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, COM, Challenger, or similar methodologies; capable of independently leading qualification efforts.
• A data-driven mindset and expertise in pipeline analytics to guide prioritization and forecasting.
• Proven ability to coach colleagues and enhance team performance.
