This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Proactively detect data discrepancies and anomalies across accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Utilize SQL and Salesforce reporting tools to conduct root-cause analysis and assess business impact.
• Establish sales data quality benchmarks, including standards for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Manage data quality scorecards, guidelines, and documentation.
• Develop and uphold automated checks and recurring reports to monitor data health.
• Present prioritized lists of issues and trends to GTM stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional teams on initiatives for contact enrichment and account segmentation.
• Verify data enrichment inputs and outputs against agreed-upon standards.
• Assist in designing and maintaining parent-child account hierarchies within Salesforce.
• Ensure account structures facilitate roll-up reporting and planning.
• Work closely with Sales, RevOps, and GTM Strategy stakeholders.
• Convert data quality insights into actionable recommendations linked to sales outcomes.
• Create and update process documentation, runbooks, and data dictionaries.
• Suggest process and system modifications to minimize recurring data issues and enhance data quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics) or equivalent hands-on experience in sales data, analytics, or operations.
• Advanced SQL expertise for data validation, profiling, and reporting on large, complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, custom GTM fields, intricate hierarchies, and segmentation logic.
• Experience utilizing AI/ML and LLM-powered tools for analysis, documentation, and data quality investigations, complemented by human judgment and validation.
• Knowledge of data enrichment workflows and quality checks for third-party data sources.
• Capability to conduct structured root-cause analysis and link technical issues to business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize issues based on impact, effort, and the needs of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in clearly and concisely communicating complex findings to sales leadership.
• Skill in managing stakeholder expectations, aligning priorities, and fostering accountability for remediation plans.
• Candidate must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies governed by U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
