This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Remote work position, reporting to the Australia Sales team.
• Accountable for achieving sales and customer development success for designated clients and prospects.
• Present, promote, renew, and sell solutions related to Supply Chain Efficiency as well as Food Safety and Quality.
• Classify assigned customers and establish a systematic approach to account management.
• Foster and sustain positive relationships with clients.
• Relay customer needs and feedback to Product Management, Marketing, and other departments.
• Maintain current and comprehensive customer and activity information in Salesforce.
• Travel may be necessary to engage with customers as required.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Demonstrated experience in the food or agribusiness industries is highly regarded.
• Capability to develop and implement account plans effectively.
• Familiarity with software platforms commonly utilized by medium to large organizations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Skill in building strong and trustworthy relationships with clients and prospects.
• Proficient in managing time, prioritizing tasks, and handling responsibilities.
• Computer Skills: Competent in Google Suite applications and Salesforce.
• Capacity to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player.
