This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Spearhead revenue generation and growth initiatives for the France region, ensuring that targets are achieved or surpassed.
• Design and implement effective sales strategies and processes to expedite growth.
• Collaborate closely with channel partners to manage pipelines, nurture prospects, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure that partners have all necessary resources to drive growth effectively.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Align marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance reach, drive engagement, and seize market share.
• Oversee and support multiple teams throughout France.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to ensure team members possess the tools and skills required for success.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Partner with product, marketing, and support teams to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
• Act as an advocate for the French region internally to align resources and provide necessary support.
• Continuously evaluate the market to identify expansion opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Modify strategies as needed to adapt to shifts in market conditions, competitor actions, or partner requirements.
• 10+ years of experience in a sales leadership position with multi-team management, preferably within a dynamic, high-growth tech company.
• Essential experience in growing and scaling sales teams.
• Proven experience with the France market, including an understanding of the cultural, regulatory, and economic factors that impact business operations in France.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, foresee trends, and utilize data to guide decisions.
• Proficient in evaluating opportunities and balancing short-term gains with long-term growth.
• Strong communicator capable of representing Wildix to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Capable of establishing enduring relationships and influencing outcomes at all organizational levels.
• A consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through disciplined execution and ongoing improvement.
