This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and manage the inbox for the Head of Enterprise Partnerships, prioritizing incoming messages based on urgency and category.
• Compose routine outbound communications, including scheduling confirmations, follow-up emails, and status check-ins, and send them independently.
• Highlight complex or strategic discussions with context and recommended next actions.
• Utilize our automation tools to assess inbound leads and determine fit according to our ideal customer profile (ICP), which will be covered during onboarding.
• Tag, prioritize, and present qualified leads to the account management team along with a brief context summary.
• Assist in documenting and refining our lead scoring criteria and automation tools over time as you gain insight into what constitutes a good fit.
• Maintain Salesforce by logging contacts, updating deal stages, recording call notes, and identifying outdated records.
• Ensure data integrity so that our Head of Enterprise Partnerships has an accurate overview of the pipeline.
• Coordinate scheduling across US and APAC time zones for demos, partner calls, and follow-up meetings.
• Manage the logistics of ensuring the right individuals are on the calendar with the appropriate context.
• Provide general administrative support wherever it is most needed; this may change weekly based on shifting priorities.
• Background in a sales support, executive assistant, or operations role, preferably at a startup or high-growth company.
• Required experience with Salesforce; must be comfortable learning new tools swiftly.
• Excellent written communication skills in English, as you will be representing the team in emails and follow-ups.
• Self-motivated and organized; capable of prioritizing tasks independently without ongoing supervision.
• Availability during early US business hours: 9am - 11am Eastern Time.
