This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead the Closer team effectively.
• Oversee the performance of both individuals and the team as a whole.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, role-playing exercises, and structured feedback sessions.
• Assist in the onboarding and ramp-up process for new hires.
• Serve as the main point of contact for team inquiries, alignment, and best practices.
• Manage the commercial flow in collaboration with SDRs.
• Ensure strategic allocation of incoming leads.
• Act as a liaison between pre-sales (SDR) and closing (Closer) functions.
• Track lead journeys and facilitate their smooth progress through the sales funnel.
• Coordinate activities, schedules, and priorities across teams.
• Provide operational and administrative assistance.
• Maintain and effectively utilize the CRM (Salesforce) and automation tool (Outreach).
• Ensure all cadences, activities, and follow-ups are completed timely.
• Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Perform data analysis and generate insights.
• Produce and evaluate performance and conversion reports.
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
• Contribute to strategies aimed at optimizing the commercial process.
• Focus on training and development initiatives.
• Actively support the onboarding and ongoing training of the team.
• Organize playbooks, best practices, and learning dynamics.
• Promote a team-oriented environment, ownership mindset, and results-driven culture.
• Prior experience in leading sales teams, particularly Closer teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and active listening abilities.
• Demonstrated proactivity, autonomy, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Outreach (or similar platforms).
• Analytical skills for working with data, reports, and performance metrics.
• Experience in SaaS companies or consultative sales (a plus).
• Familiarity with sales teams structured by stages (SDR → Closer) (a plus).
• Involvement in the development or enhancement of sales processes (a plus).
• Leadership style focused on people development and fostering a collaborative culture (a plus).
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 — Remote or hybrid in Rio (2 days in-office).
