Sales Consultant – Digital

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Initiate contact with potential leads to generate sales opportunities.

• Assess leads by responding to inquiries and collecting vital information.

• Oversee the sales process with assurance and professionalism.

• Record activities using our designated tool.

• Engage in training programs to enhance professional skills.

• Participate in management rituals, providing updates on progress.

• Utilize metrics and KPIs to continuously enhance results and processes.

• High school diploma.

• Background in sales or commercial roles.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong skills in persuasion and negotiation.

• Knowledge of effective sales techniques.

• Results-oriented with a dedication to superior customer service.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and task management tools.

• Must have the ability to work remotely with a personal computer and dependable internet access.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

• Understanding of Digital Marketing.
