This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You actively engage with hoteliers aiming to enhance their properties to ensure they are future-ready and sustainable.
• Through organized discussions — via phone or videoconference — you collaborate with clients to assess the hotel's potential and confidently steer them towards making a decision and signing a contract.
• You reach out to decision-makers directly or by phone — with professionalism, empathy, and a results-driven mindset.
• You facilitate structured initial online meetings, evaluate the current situation, and emphasize unique development opportunities.
• You guide prospects through our comprehensive digital sales process until a consulting agreement is finalized.
• You diligently document all procedures and insights in the CRM system.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a consultancy-focused setting.
• Capability to independently establish business relationships, recognize opportunities, and advance them to contract finalization.
• Confident and persuasive demeanor in digital meetings (phone, videoconference).
• Structured and autonomous working style complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Background in technical sales or solid technical expertise (e.g., building systems, energy, hospitality).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
