Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service while cultivating a portfolio of clients through relationship-building, market analysis, product line evaluation, store profile analysis, monitoring customer inventory and sales, and identifying opportunities;

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the products and services provided;

• Recognize customer requirements, including: training for store sales personnel, demonstration products for display, POS (point-of-sale) materials, and addressing retailers' inquiries or concerns;

• Negotiate payment terms in accordance with established guidelines;

• Oversee any merchandise returns;

• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of strategic plans;

• Evaluate markup and margins during order negotiations;

• Develop and analyze supply and replenishment strategies;

• Assess product distribution and allocation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline;

• Prior experience as a sales consultant;

• Intermediate proficiency in English;

• Must reside in São Paulo or the surrounding metropolitan area (ABC, Osasco, Cotia, etc.).
