Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Receive and assess client and agency briefings

• Prepare quotations for talent involved in events, campaigns, and social media activities

• Dispatch customized proposals (including deadlines, scope, and terms)

• Execute strategic follow-ups until deals are finalized

• Negotiate effectively under pressure using persuasive techniques

• Manage the sales funnel using CRM systems and spreadsheets

• Achieve monthly conversion and revenue goals

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in consultative sales

• Reside in São Paulo or the Greater São Paulo area

• Essential experience in the artistic/speakers industry

• Background in talent budgeting and negotiation

• Prior experience with agencies, production companies, or event organizations

• Knowledge of image rights, campaign timelines, logistics, and BV

• Competency in email, Excel, WhatsApp Web, Google Drive, and video conferencing tools
