Sales Coach, Phones

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Analyze recorded sales calls to pinpoint performance gaps and identify coaching opportunities.

• Facilitate structured one-on-one coaching sessions that emphasize: Objection handling, confidence building, call control, closing techniques, offer positioning, upselling, compliance, and accuracy.

• Track and monitor agent performance metrics, such as: Conversion rate, Average Order Value (AOV), call quality score, script adherence, and sales consistency.

• Maintain thorough coaching logs, action plans, and follow-up schedules.

• Reinforce the use of approved scripts, rebuttals, and promotional offers.

• Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams to ensure that coaching aligns with revenue objectives.

• Identify recurring challenges, training deficiencies, or process inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.

• Assist in the onboarding and development of new sales agents as necessary.

• Contribute to fostering a high-performance, accountability-focused sales culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Coach, Trainer, or Team Lead in a phone or call-center setting.

• Demonstrated success in abandoned cart sales, inbound sales, or high-volume phone sales.

• Strong grasp of: Sales psychology, objection handling, closing techniques, and upselling/cross-selling strategies.

• Experience in reviewing call recordings and delivering structured, actionable feedback.

• Exceptional spoken and written communication skills in English.

• A data-driven approach with the ability to coach using metrics and performance trends.

• Capability to coach underperforming agents while sustaining morale and motivation.

• Preferred background in QA, training, retention, or team leadership.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, or call analytics platforms.

• Experience in eCommerce, supplements, or direct-response marketing is highly desired.
