This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Delivers specialized information to customers in a friendly and empathetic way.
• Evaluates incoming calls to determine if immediate service can be provided, if a transfer is necessary, or if follow-up is needed to address the client's concerns.
• Discerns customer needs by reviewing case notes and addressing each case with individualized attention.
• Manages escalated transactions when frontline staff have exhausted their options or when a customer specifically requests to speak with a manager or the corporate office.
• Collects all required information to ensure the database is accurately updated.
• Clarifies company policies to customers as necessary.
• Provides support and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Adheres to all company policies and standards.
• Possesses a warm and patient demeanor, showcasing empathy and understanding towards end users.
• Comprehends how teams work together and collaborate to meet company objectives.
• Strong problem-solving abilities that allow for the assessment of issues and the creation of effective solutions for clients and end users.
• Serves as a technical expert in a designated area.
• Facilitates the seamless and efficient resolution of customer issues from start to finish.
• May offer subject-matter guidance to junior team members.
