This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Configure and tailor Salesforce Sales Cloud to facilitate sales processes and workflows.

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud.

• Implement and uphold Salesforce Sales Cloud features, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.

• Develop and oversee Salesforce Sales Cloud reports and dashboards to deliver insights into sales performance and trends.

• Educate sales team members on the functionalities and best practices of Salesforce Sales Cloud.

• Provide continuous support and troubleshooting for any issues related to Salesforce Sales Cloud.

• Stay informed about updates, releases, and best practices for Salesforce Sales Cloud to continually enhance our Salesforce instance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure that Salesforce Sales Cloud aligns with business objectives.

• Assist in the integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud with other business systems as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 2-5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, encompassing configuration, customization, and administration.

• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory; Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification is an advantage.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities, including standard objects, custom objects, workflows, and reporting.

• Proficient in Salesforce declarative tools, such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
