This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Convert customers into loyal clients, guiding them from initial contact to long-term relationships.
• Engage with both cold and warm leads over the phone to identify their needs.
• Conduct genuine sales conversations, focusing on achieving results rather than just discussing possibilities.
• Drive towards closing sales in a structured, intelligent, and confident manner.
• Think critically, ask pertinent questions, and pursue leads until goals are achieved.
• Collaborate closely with sales coaches and leadership teams.
• Foster long-term customer relationships through upgrades and upsells.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C – what matters is your ability to close deals).
• You are self-sufficient, self-driven, and do not require micromanagement.
• You are eager not just to sell but also to grow professionally.
• Experience in the recruiting field is a plus, but not mandatory.
• A high-performance environment filled with genuine spirit.
