This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conducting one-on-one sales calls with qualified prospects
• Systematic clarification of needs and assessment of the situation
• Selling high-priced coaching, training, and mentoring programs
• Maintaining the sales pipeline in the CRM, including meticulous documentation
• Close collaboration with marketing to optimize closing rates
• Continuous improvement of your closing skills and conversational techniques
• Experience in high-ticket closing or consultative sales
• Confidence in dealing with demanding interlocutors
• Strong closing ability while maintaining high conversation quality
• Structured approach to work & ownership of your metrics
• High willingness to make calls & discipline
• Excellent language skills & strong communication abilities
• Fluent in German; proficiency in English is a plus
