This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver tailored services to clients.
• Engage in online sales meetings (video calls) for a range of products.
• Maintain consistent follow-up (calls and messages) with a strong emphasis on sales performance and client retention.
• Participate in team discussions and strategic alignment sessions.
• Recover leads that have stalled and have not advanced through our sales funnel.
• Ensure demand generation from new clients rather than depending solely on the company’s marketing efforts.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and issues related to lead quality or volume to communicate to the marketing team.
• Update the CRM on a daily basis.
• Execute a high volume of follow-up tasks.
• Be available to join alignment rituals (daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly meetings).
• Be results-oriented and comfortable with ambitious targets.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is essential.
• Excellent active listening skills for connecting with clients and extracting critical qualification information.
• Capability to develop external communication narratives while adopting the company’s tone and mannerisms.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Fundamental understanding of sales automation tools and CRM systems.
• A collaborative mindset, ownership of the process, and a strong motivation for achieving results.
