Sales & Client Onboarding Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Israel.

📋 Description

• Act as the main virtual liaison for new and prospective clients.

• Make outbound calls, send emails, and use messaging to greet and onboard clients.

• Engage in discussions to identify client needs and objectives.

• Provide a clear overview of service offerings and suggest appropriate next steps.

• Arrange follow-up calls or connect clients with the appropriate team members.

• Keep comprehensive and precise client records within our CRM system.

• Well-organized and comfortable working remotely.

• A people-first mindset with excellent listening and follow-up abilities.

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or a client-focused position is a plus.
