Onboarding Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to potential patients on a daily basis and arrange assessments with our Onboarding Specialists.

• Manage incoming calls from both patients and referral sources.

• Responsible for achieving daily and weekly goals related to scheduled assessments.

• Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients.

• Operate independently while also being an integral member of the team.

• Maintain regular communication with referral sources, Onboarding Specialists, and other internal team members.

• Schedule assessments on the Onboarding Specialist calendar.

• Record all calls, tasks, and appointments in Salesforce.

• Create a positive first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and the distinctive services we offer.

• Monitor and track daily assessments, compile marketing materials, and perform quality assurance calls.

• Engage in daily team huddles, attend training sessions, and participate in other ad-hoc meetings as required.

• Exemplify AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.


⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience that warrants an exception.

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

• Preferred: Experience in outbound/inbound call centers or scheduling, including cold calling.

• Familiarity with sales processes, healthcare products, and industry is preferred.

• Energetic yet compassionate telephone skills are essential.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Highly motivating with persuasive skills.

• Ability to remain highly organized.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills in oral, written, facilitation, and presentation formats.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, or similar software.
