• Manage the transition from sales to operations by ensuring that all essential client information is accurately documented and communicated.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to guarantee a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Identify and rectify gaps in the handoff process to enhance efficiency.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer success, or administrative functions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in CRM and proposal software (e.g., HubSpot, PandaDoc, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills along with strong follow-up abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
