• Recognize and act on opportunities for enhancing training programs based on adoption analytics and client feedback.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer training or education.
• Demonstrated capability to create and deliver structured training programs, customizing content for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot for tracking training progress and adoption rates.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex product features in a clear manner.
• Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance training content and processes.
