📋 Description

• Oversee and implement comprehensive onboarding training for new clients, ensuring they grasp the platform's setup, essential workflows, and role-specific functionalities.

• Develop and enhance training programs tailored to various client personas, emphasizing adoption and effective feature utilization.

• Monitor training progress and adoption metrics in HubSpot, proactively mitigating any risks to client engagement.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure training materials, including recorded walkthroughs and guides, are current and effective.

• Recognize and act on opportunities for enhancing training programs based on adoption analytics and client feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer training or education.

• Demonstrated capability to create and deliver structured training programs, customizing content for diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot for tracking training progress and adoption rates.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex product features in a clear manner.

• Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance training content and processes.
