Customer Onboarding Manager, German Speaking

📋 Description

• Guide our clients (transportation companies) through the onboarding process of Qargo, from initiation and process assessment to launch and ongoing support.

• Evaluate their existing workflows, such as planning, order entry, and invoicing, and convert these into an effective Qargo configuration.

• Set up the platform and provide hands-on training to ensure our clients can use Qargo confidently from day one.

• Serve as the primary contact during the implementation phase.

• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction, facilitate a seamless transition, and foster strong platform adoption.

• Assist in pre-sales activities by assessing potential client requirements and offering technical insights during demonstrations.

• Gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to continuously enhance our solution.

• Travel frequently across the country to engage with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in operations related to transport or logistics (e.g., planning, dispatch), along with an interest in SaaS.

• Alternatively, experience in implementing complex SaaS solutions and a keen interest in logistics operations.

• A self-motivated individual who takes initiative and appreciates variety in their role.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Proactive, organized, and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic, scaling environment.

• Proficient in German, Dutch, and English (both written and spoken).

• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for client visits.
